What we collect

• Account data: the email address you give us when you subscribe or request a trial.
• License data: your license key is stored in your browser's local storage. It contains only your email, plan and expiry date.
• Search images: a photo you upload is forwarded to our search provider to perform the reverse image lookup. We do not build an image library and we do not resell uploaded photos.
• Technical logs: our hosting provider records standard request data (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security and abuse prevention.

Payments

Payments are processed by PayPal. We never see or store your card number. PayPal's own privacy policy applies to the payment step.

Cookies and analytics

The tool itself does not require cookies. If we enable analytics, it is configured for aggregate traffic counts only — never for the content of your searches.

How long we keep data

• License records: for as long as the subscription is active, plus 12 months for accounting.
• Uploaded images: not retained after the search response is returned.
• Trial requests: 12 months, then deleted.

Your rights

You can ask us to export or delete your data at any time by emailing the address on the contact page. We reply within 30 days.

Children

SourceLens is a business tool and is not intended for anyone under 18.

Changes

If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it.
