1. The service

SourceLens is a software tool that performs reverse image searches against public product listings on 1688.com and returns the matches, including prices, minimum order quantities and supplier names. We are not a sourcing agent, a broker, or a party to any transaction between you and a supplier.

2. Subscription and license keys

• Plans are billed monthly in advance through PayPal.
• Your license key is personal. Sharing it publicly or reselling access is a breach of these terms and may be revoked without refund.
• Each plan includes a monthly search allowance. Unused searches do not roll over.

3. Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Because the service is delivered instantly through a license key, refunds are given only where the tool failed to work and we could not fix it within 7 days.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: automate the service with bots or scrapers beyond normal use; attempt to obtain the underlying data feeds or keys; use the service to infringe intellectual property; or resell results as a competing database product.

5. Data accuracy

Prices, MOQs and availability come from public 1688 listings and change constantly. We do not guarantee that a listing is current, in stock, or that a supplier is a manufacturer rather than a reseller. Always verify before paying a supplier.

6. No affiliation

SourceLens is independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Alibaba Group, 1688.com, or any marketplace referenced on this site. All trademarks belong to their owners.

7. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

8. Changes

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced on this page. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
